DLEA Ministries was founded in 1979 by Danny Lafferty. Since it's beginning DLEA has grown into an international mission organization with the focus of sharing the LIFE, LOVE and MESSAGE of the Lord Jesus Christ to a hurting and dying world in great need of the Lord. Having shared the gospel in 7 countries, Danny Lafferty takes seriously what Jesus said in Matthew 25; “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink. I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me.”
The mission focus of DLEA for the past 25 years has been in Guatemala, Central America where it has establish effective, life-giving ministries which share the gospel every day with people in great need. The staff conducts a Children's Feeding Center, the DLEA School Program, and the DLEA Special Needs Program. These on-going ministries touch hundreds of lives and families in great need in a country desperate for the Gospel. The Mission Teams which DLEA hosts every year build houses, give food and clothing, meet medical needs, but more importantly share the message of eternal life through Jesus Christ, our Lord.
